EXCLUSIVE ONE ON ONE TRAINING SESSIONS. OUR TRAINERS WILL DEVISE CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS BASED ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL WANTS AND NEEDS. THEY WILL TEACH YOU, MOTIVATE YOU, AND HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE. MOST COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR INDIVIDUALIZED GOALS.
1/2 Hr Private Training
WE KNOW LIFE CAN GET IN THE WAY, SO WE OFFER HALF HOUR SESSIONS THAT ARE EASY TO FIT INTO YOUR BUSY SCHEDULE. THESE SESSIONS ARE GREAT FOR SOMEONE WHO IS ALREADY WORKING OUT BUT NEEDS TIPS ON PROPER FORM OR SOMEONE WHO NEEDS THAT EXTRA PUSH IN A PRIVATE HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT. OUR TRAINERS WILL CUSTOMIZE THE PROGRAM TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
Semi-Private Training
EXERCISE IS MORE ENJOYABLE WHEN SHARED WITH SOMEONE ELSE. BRING A FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER, OR PARTNER AND ENJOY THE BENEFITS AT A FRACTION OF THE COST. THESE SESSIONS WILL BE DEVELOPED BASED ON COLLABORATIVE FITNESS GOALS. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY LESS INDIVIDUALIZED THAN THE PRIVATE SESSIONS BUT GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO ENJOY THE FEEL OF GROUP WORKOUTS IN A MORE PRIVATE SETTING.
